Returns of Fabric, Bespoke and Made To Order Furniture

We value every customer and place great emphasis on an experience that reflects our high standards.

We provide a bespoke and made to order service on all our beds, headboards, sofas and other upholstered furniture. As we offer thousands of unique combinations and sizes, each piece is unique to you and your individual taste. For this reason, we do not offer returns or refunds for made-to-order items unless they are faulty or we have delivered the wrong product.

We meticulously inspect each order before it leaves our warehouse to ensure that you receive the item you ordered in perfect condition.

However, sometimes mistakes and accidents can occur in transit. If you believe your ordered items are faulty or incorrect please call our Customer Services Team on 0161 327 1713 within 3 days of delivery. We may ask for you to send us photos of any areas of damage or imperfections to offer you a suitable course of action.

In cases where an exchange is appropriate, we will arrange a collection that respects our current delivery schedule. You do not need to disassemble your product for our collection team. All we ask is that your unwanted item remains in the condition that it was received.

Colour and size is not appropriate grounds for an exchange or cancellation.

We recommend you read the dimensions of any piece of furniture to ensure this can be navigated easily through your home.

Fabric samples are also recommended prior to purchasing furniture if you are looking for a very specific fabric style or colour. On screen resolutions and colours can vary from device to device.

Order cancellations for Fabric, Bespoke and Made to Order Furniture

Made to order and bespoke orders cannot be cancelled or returned. Sales are Final. We may offer exchanges in case of a genuine fault.

 

Deliveries of Furniture

 

We work closely with our 2-man delivery partner for a service that is flexible and transparent.

Once you place the order, your order is produced and sent to our partner's depot, where it is scheduled for delivery in your area. Our partner will contact you, via e-mail and telephone, once the goods are ready to be despatched.

They will ensure that you are available to receive delivery within an agreed timeframe on a specific date. 

If for any reason, after confirmation of delivery between yourself and our delivery partner, you are not available to receive your delivery, we reserve the right to pass on the cost of a redelivery to you. Prices vary depending on your location.

 

Returns and Refunds of Other Products (Ready Made, Accessories)

You are entitled to a refund or exchange of any other item that is not a made-to-order or bespoke piece. Claims must be made within 14 days as per your statutory rights.

We require proof of purchase, and you will be liable to return the product back to our return address within 14 days.

Refunds are processed via the same payment method you used to pay for the item and can take up to 7 working days to process. Refunds are processed once we receive the returned goods.

Refunds are subject to the greater of:

10% surcharge for delivery where we have included delivery within the price of the goods,

or

The published delivery charge if a 'free' delivery option is not included.

We recommend using a recorded and insured delivery service as proof of return.
