The following applies to UK mainland only.

We expect ready-made goods to be dispatched within 7 working days whilst the product is in stock.

Made to order products and products from third party suppliers can take anywhere from 4 weeks to 14 weeks at our busiest times. Please refer to individual products with regards to their shipping policy.

Made to order furniture is set up in the room of choice, free of charge.

If for any reason, there is a delay with your order, you will be informed via email at the earliest opportunity.
