2 year bed frame and headboard guarantee.

We offer a 2 year guarantee that protects your purchase from structural defects and manufacturing faults on sofas. Our guarantee applies to headboards and beds only, subject to exclusions.

 

 

Exclusions

Our guarantee excludes fabric damage, deterioration or staining, and structural issues caused through misuse of the product.
It is only intended to protect domestic products purchased and used for domestic purposes. It does not extend to Trade orders or orders fulfilled through a 3rd-party.

This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.

BRANDED GOODS are subject to guarantees that are set by the individual brands. 

How to make a claim

If you wish to make a claim under this manufacturer's guarantee, please check our Guarantee terms and conditions to see if your claim qualifies.

To register your claim with us you will need to email us with:

• Proof of purchase
• Photographs of the full product and the area that displays the issue you are concerned about.

We will send you a confirmation email upon receipt of your claim and confirm next steps.

Wherever possible, replacement product will be like for like. However, if a particular style, material or model is no longer available we will substitute appropriately from our current range.
